In the heart of the Porta Romana district, in Milan, there is a hidden treasure. It is the area between Via Orti and Via Lamarmora, which once housed an elegant 19th century villa, set in a large historic park.
This architectural heritage has been forgotten for a long time, but now it is about to start a new life with the Horti project. This is a real high-level residential transformation, which involves the redevelopment of existing buildings, the construction from scratch of an entire complex and the enhancement of the park and historic garden.
Horti will host 82 prestigious housing proposals, available in a range of different cuts and sizes.
Architect Michele De Lucchi
The architectural project carries the prestigious signature of the architect Michele De Lucchi, one of the greatest Italian designers and architects, famous throughout the world for projects involving brands such as Olivetti, Philips, Telecom Italia, Poste Italiane, Artemide and many others. Michele De Lucchi is very attached to the Milan area, where he has already signed several high-level projects.
Architect Daniele Fiori
The DFA Partners studio - whose founder is Daniele Fiori - specializes in the residential sector, with particular attention to bio-architecture. Per Horti he designed the interior architecture, defining the cuts of the apartments, the overall mood and trims for the different buildings, establishing the focal point of the entire project in the large garden.
